Refund requests may be denied in circumstances including:

• The request is submitted after the 7-day window has elapsed;

• Requests based solely on general dissatisfaction with astrology as a concept;
• Chargebacks initiated prior to or during the refund review process — initiating a chargeback will automatically forfeit eligibility for a discretionary refund.
